LOCAL ABORTION CLINIC CLOSED!
The Northern Virginia Women’s Health Clinic in Fairfax was the single largest provider of abortions in the entire Commonwealth of Virginia (3,066 in 2012). Due in large part to the efforts of the 40 Days for Life Vigil keepers NOVA WHC closed its doors in July 2013. Attempts to relocate (and expand!) in Fairfax have also failed – so far.

Number of Abortions Reduced!
St Raymond’s witnesses at the Alexandria Medical and Professional Plaza on Duke Street. Until 2012 there have been three abortion providers in that plaza. Since 2011 the number of abortions committed in those facilities has dropped by 50%. One facility (Gynecare) reported no abortions in 2012. Praise God! We can’t give up now!

Since Oct 2012 one mass a month has been offered for the conversion of Anthony Dunkwu. There will be 13 masses in total with the last one being in Nov 2013. Dr. Dunkwu was the founder, owner and abortionist at Gynecare. We had mass offered for him on Palm Sunday. He died on Holy Saturday, March 30, 2013. Since that time the monthly mass has been offered for the repose of his soul.

The present physician at Gynecare is Eteakamba Udoh. (medical degree from Nigeria) It is unclear whether or not Dr. Udoh commits abortion as none were reported in 2012 though he is listed as an abortionist at abortiondocs.org. Mass will be offered for Dr Udoh; please pray for him.

James Jamal Aria (medical degree from Tehran) is an OB/GYN in private practice on Duke Street who also commits abortion. Starting in March 2014, we have 7 masses scheduled for Dr. Aria – that he change his heart and use his skill in the service of life.
