OPT OUT FORMS for Fairfax County Public Schools Family Life Education (FLE)

Annual Notice of Survey, Records, Curriculum, Privacy, and Related Rights and Opt-Out Forms https://www.fcps.edu/registration/opt-out-forms

New this year: The FCPS website states that Opt-out forms for students in general education classes are available in the Parent Digital Consent (PDC). For help using the PDC, parents can contact their child’s school office. FCPS does not make this easy. You must be proactive!
