December 29 is the 5th Friday and it will soon be time for our parish Christ House Committee to host dinner at the Christ House Dining Room in Alexandria. We are preparing 72 boxed To Go meals at the door for guests who are homeless or food insecure. Given the holidays and all the cooking and baking that happens around this time of year, we chose a simple menu to make it as easy as possible.
· Food Drop off is scheduled for Thursday, December 29th between 5:30 and 7:30 pm.
· Kitchen prep in St. Raymond’s Kitchen is scheduled for Friday, December 29th between 11 and 2 pm.

1) beef stroganoff made with ground beef (One batch serves 4) we’re asking for a double batch per volunteer. No need to cook the noodles. We will do that in the St. Raymonds kitchen on Friday when we prep the meal.
