Fortnight For Freedom
Mark your calendars! Each year dioceses around the country arrange special events to highlight the importance of defending religious freedom. The Fortnight for Freedom is from June 21—the vigil of the Feasts of St. John Fisher and St. Thomas More—to July 4, Independence Day. Our liturgical schedule will be posted shortly. There is a tab at the top of our website with important information regarding Fortnight For Freedom.
The 2016 Fortnight for Freedom liturgical schedule has been released by Father De Celles. As more stresses on our religious liberty are before us, we again join together as a parish in prayer during the 2016 Fortnight for Freedom from June 21st (Feast of St. Thomas More) to July 4th (Independence Day). As for the time commitment, any time being with our Lord in the blessed sacrament is priceless. For any questions, give Bob a call at (703) 732-0681.
