| In the event of Weather or Emergency closings, St. Raymond’s Parish will NO LONGER follow Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) decisions. In the event of Weather or other Emergency situations, notice of closings or cancellations of parish events and/or facilities will be posted to the parish website. If possible/practical the parish will also send out an email to all parishioners notifying them of the closing/cancellations. There are only TWO exceptions to any closing decisions we make and issue: 1) Regularly scheduled Masses and Confession will NEVER be cancelled due to inclement weather 2) Meetings of very small groups that receive the pastor’s personal permission, in which case members will be notified of the exception personally by their group leader |
